All international students with equivalent U.S. grade point averages of 3.50 (or equivalent) or higher are also considered for merit-based scholarships. Scholarships are not guaranteed and priority consideration is given to students who apply by December 1.

In keeping with the tradition of strong academic excellence, we offer the Presidential Fellows Program, an elite scholarship opportunity that provides the brightest scholars and leaders with an exceptional college experience.

The Presidential Fellows Program is a highly competitive scholarship for 15 top students in the Honors College per year that covers tuition, fees, housing, and meals, and includes a $5,000 academic enrichment stipend.

To be considered for the scholarship, you must indicate your interest in ߣߣÊÓƵ's Honors College on your application for admission.

The #YouAreWelcomeHere Scholarship recognizes promising international students with a vision for enhancing intercultural understanding. As a participating institution in this program, ߣߣÊÓƵ will award two annual, renewable scholarships covering a minimum of 50 percent of the cost of tuition. A separate application is required for consideration for the #YouAreWelcomeHere scholarship.

The application deadline is January 1 each year. 

Eligibility Criteria

• You must be an admitted international applicant to ߣߣÊÓƵ. An international applicant is an individual who holds citizenship in a country outside the United States and who does not also possess U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.
• You must also demonstrate interest and personal initiative in activities involving intercultural learning and exchange.

Application Process

1. Apply for admission to ߣߣÊÓƵ as a first-year student.
2. Submit the #YouAreWelcomeHere application by January 1. The #YouAreWelcomeHere Scholarship application is available on the Applicant Status page after you are admitted to ߣߣÊÓƵ.
3. Scholarship recipients will be notified in February.
4. If you are awarded the #YouAreWelcomeHere Scholarship, you must submit your enrollment deposit to ߣߣÊÓƵ by May 1 to receive the scholarship.

The Prodesse Scholarship, a $1,000-2,000 opportunity renewable annually for four years, is awarded to top students admitted to the Honors College who aren’t Presidential Fellows.
