• Do not share your ߣߣÊÓƵ password
• Log out of all services/applications when using someone else’s computer
• Never reply to email messages requesting personal information (ߣߣÊÓƵ password, SSN, etc.)

Duo Security

Duo multi-factor authentication (MFA) is mandatory at ߣߣÊÓƵ. MFA protects student, faculty, and staff accounts by adding a layer of security to the login process.

Interested in a job on campus? IT Services often has several paid positions that provide students the opportunity to work with computers and inform the direction of technology at ߣߣÊÓƵ. Emergency Text Messaging System

IT Services supports a variety of communication systems designed to ensure that you receive appropriate and timely information to keep you as safe as possible. For time-sensitive urgent alerts, the ß£ß£ÊÓƵ Emergency Text Messaging System, powered by Omnilert, sends a text message and/or email alert to all registered users. This system is used to notify ߣߣÊÓƵ students and employees of imminent danger or campus closure and not for general communication. All first-year students will be automatically registered for Omnilert by fall.

You may choose to opt out of the alerts at ß£ß£ÊÓƵOH.edu/etms.

Campus crime alerts and other high-level informational messages are sent to ߣߣÊÓƵ email accounts and/or posted on myߣߣÊÓƵ. These notices are generally less time-critical.
