A shorter version of the renowned MUDEC experience, the ߣߣÊÓƵ Summer in Luxembourg is an ideal choice for students who may not have the opportunity to study for a semester in Luxembourg. The six-credit-hour program offers courses in various disciplines that can be used for a Thematic Sequence, Global Perspectives, or other ߣߣÊÓƵ Plan Foundation requirements in only six to seven weeks.
Courses for the ߣߣÊÓƵ Summer in Luxembourg satisfy the requirements of the Global ߣߣÊÓƵ Plan curriculum.
As part of the experience, students also take a 5-7 day trip to a European location known as a study tour. This hands-on experience complements the content learned in the classroom by allowing students the opportunity to visit the places they are learning about and to see it with their own eyes!

Students have multiple ways to pursue internships in Luxembourg, capitalizing on the network of relationships which MUDEC has built up since the program was founded in 1968. They will travel over and live and work in Luxembourg during the 6-7 week summer term. MUDEC will help to organize internship opportunities through our zero-credit workshop. As a result, students will gain a fantastic experience and a resume builder while living and traveling throughout Europe.
All students applying to the Internship Program must be alumni of the MUDEC program and have been to Luxembourg on a ߣߣÊÓƵ program previously.
Most students will live in either our nearby Gravity Apartments or with a local host family. This allows the opportunity to interact with local people and learn about everyday life in Luxembourg.
