Professional Experience
Britt has worked for ߣߣÊÓÆµ since 2009 and has taught in the BSN and RN-BSN programs. She is the lead faculty and clinical course coordinator for pediatric nursing. Britt has worked in the field of Pediatrics for 29 years at both Dayton and Cincinnati Children’s Hospitals. Her experience includes ER, ICU, Hem/Onc, IV therapy, radiology, adolescent psychiatry, and nursing education. She also has 18 years of experience as the Lead School Nurse for Little ߣߣÊÓÆµ Schools.
Service
Britt chairs the Nursing Admission, Progression, and Graduation Committee and Nursing Grievance Committee. She serves as the Co-coordinator for the ߣߣÊÓÆµ Regionals Center for Teaching and Learning and serves on the ߣߣÊÓÆµ Center for Teaching Excellence Senate Committee. Britt developed the ߣߣÊÓÆµ Nursing Faculty Peer Mentoring with peers in nursing, which provides mentorship for first-year nursing faculty. She serves as President of the Board of Trustees for Parachute–Butler County CASA, a program that supports volunteer representation for foster care children.
