ߣߣÊÓÆµ Regionals Empowerment for Determined (RED) Women is a mentoring program for ߣߣÊÓÆµ Regionals students, faculty, and staff.

Goals

  • Recruiting and retaining students, faculty and staff
  • Building connections between ߣߣÊÓÆµ’s campuses
  • Fostering professional growth among women

History

RED Women was created in 2015 by a group of faculty and staff with a similar goal: to support women at ߣߣÊÓÆµ University Regionals. Since its inception, the program has grown to include participants from ߣߣÊÓÆµ Hamilton, Middletown, and Oxford as well as to support events throughout the year.
