AI Fundamentals Microlearning Series

Do you want to further your understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), but aren't sure where to begin? Join the ߣߣÊÓÆµ University community and alumni for an introduction to AI in bite sized videos and content. Participants who successfully complete the series will receive a ߣߣÊÓÆµ AI Fundamentals digital badge to add to their LinkedIn profiles and resumes.

Certification Requirements

  • Complete the self-paced content for each of the five AI microlearning modules.
  • Webinars are optional (not required to earn the digital badge.) However, you'll get to explore the content in-depth, and have an opportunity to interact with faculty experts during Q&A.

Mental Health First Aid

The Mental Health First Aid training is open to students, faculty, staff, and community members who would like to be better equipped to recognize the signs and symptoms of possible mental health concerns. The internationally recognized program is rooted in recovery, resiliency, and empowering individuals to take action when they encounter someone in distress.

Certification Requirements

  • Complete self-paced prework prior to the instructor-led session. Typically the prework takes about two hours. Learners will be granted access 2 weeks prior to the training session.
  • Attend and actively participate in the instructor-led session with computer camera and microphone and speakers enabled. Learners must be engaged in at least 90% of the training session to be eligible for the certification. 
  • Complete a post-exam.

Storytelling with Data: Online Professional Certification Course

Join ߣߣÊÓÆµ Online for our dynamic, experiential online data storytelling course, hosted live over Zoom. The ߣߣÊÓÆµ University Center for Analytics and Data Science (CADS) industry experts facilitate this professional development training, empowering you to transform raw data into compelling narratives. This hands-on data communication course is perfect for professional analysts, managers, communicators, and anyone seeking to make a greater impact by presenting data through engaging stories and visuals. Elevate your data presentation skills and learn to resonate with any audience.

Certification Requirements

  • Complete 15 hours of synchronous and asynchronous online learning (9 hours of interactive live lectures and up to 6 hours of course work outside of class).
  • Have access to a working camera and audio equipment for the duration of the virtual training.
  • Actively engage throughout the training – respond to prompts, participate in group work, camera on, and physically present, etc.
  • Earn a minimum of 75% on quizzes and submit all assignments.
