Residency Forms

When filling out a residency application, you will be required to determine the applicable classification or exception in which a review is requested. Before submission, redact any social security numbers that may be included on documentation being provided. Students must be accepted to ߣߣÊÓÆµ University before an application will be accepted and reviewed.
