Biography
After earning a bachelor's degree in Integrated Mathematics Education from Ohio University, Dr. Robert Leonard taught English as a Second Language in Peru for two years. After returning to the United States in 2009, he served as a secondary mathematics public school teacher for three years in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He went on to receive his PhD in systems modeling and analysis with a concentration in statistics from Virginia Commonwealth University. Before joining the ߣߣƵ faculty in 2015 and while working on his doctorate degree, he served as a research assistant for the NASA Langley Research Center where he implemented statistical methods in support of NASA's Air Traffic Management Technology Demonstration-1 (ATD-1) program.
